Project introduction:

The company has two main business segments, namely rose project and rice project, as follows:

1. Rose industry

At the end of 2019, Lvxiang Industry introduced the rose industry into Riguang Village, Zhangxi She Ethnic Township, Dongyuan County. The initial planting area was 69.51 acres, and the planting area was expanded to more than 500 acres by 2023. Through rose planting, picking and management, it provides 200 jobs/times for the local area, driving the village to increase its income by 800,000 yuan, driving the villagers and surrounding areas to increase their income by 1.8 million yuan, and enhancing the popularity and tourism resources of Zhangxi She Ethnic Township. In February 2023, our rose industry project represented Heyuan City in the first Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Doctoral and Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and successfully entered the finals. The company's rose seedling high-quality and efficient cultivation technology and promotion was approved as a major special science and technology project in Heyuan City.

2. Rice Industry

In response to the national rural revitalization strategy, we will promote the high-quality development of regional modern agriculture, quickly realize the dual improvement of high-quality modern agriculture to drive the regional economy and demonstration effect, increase the economic income of village collectives and farmers, and explore the demonstration points of regional farmland shareholding integration and centralized transfer of mechanized farming. Our doctoral workstation team introduced the BGI team to build a perennial rice planting demonstration point in Riguang Village, Zhangxi She Ethnic Township, and combined with the actual situation of Riguang Village, Zhangxi She Ethnic Township, to build a high-standard "perennial rice" modern agricultural planting demonstration base with a contiguous area of about 500 acres.

Next, on the basis of vigorously promoting rose planting and perennial rice planting, our company plans to build a primary processing plant for rose products, focusing on the construction of a perennial rice drying plant and promoting perennial rice planting and technical services. It is expected to take three years to complete the planting of 50,000 mu of new rice. The rice drying plant to be built in the initial stage is expected to cover an area of 4,000 square meters, introduce 150 tons of drying equipment and 1,200 tons of storage equipment, and configure small rice milling equipment to safeguard the rapid development of the rice industry.

3. Company Honors and Qualifications

The company has been approved as a national high-tech enterprise, a leading agricultural enterprise in Heyuan City, a doctoral workstation in Guangdong Province, an experimental demonstration base of the Agricultural Development Promotion Center of the Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, a home for overseas Chinese in Heyuan City, and a popular science education base in Heyuan City.
